Mobile Group Manager

We are seeking a Group Manager to lead our Mobile Security product line, responsible for both client-side (Android & iOS) and server-side (AWS) overall. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 35 engineers, spanning multiple disciplines, and drive the development of a high-scale, mission-critical security platform used by numerous customers worldwide, providing the best security for their mobile devices.

As a key leader in our organization, you will help shape the product’s strategy, ensure technical excellence, and foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture. This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to scale teams and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Products and technologies ownership in the field of Cyber Security – development through product life cycle, architecture and product definition.

• Managing a group of several teams of software developers
• Working with Customers, Sales and Support to assure the product success
• Drive innovation and product excellence

• People management; 2+ years as R&D group manager/leader (2nd line manager or above, 10+ employees)
• Innovative thinking; Dynamic and agile
• Low level\internal knowledge – advantage
• Experienced in designing and developing security products – Advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English
• High technical and analytical capabilities
