Bookkeeper

A publicly traded medical device manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial data up to trial balance: balances, provisions, income/expense recognition, data completion, revaluations, and estimates.
• Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and ongoing supplier/customer account reconciliations.
• Processing vendor invoices against purchase orders.
• Preparation of vendor payments and working with MASAV (Israeli payment system)
• Issuing customer invoices.
• Payroll journal entries and online filings with authorities: VAT, National Insurance, Income Tax.
• Working with inventory and related accounting.

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper up to trail balance – Must.
• Proven experience with Priority or – Must.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel – Must.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role – Must.
• High level of English proficiency (reading and writing) – Must.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Experience working with global companies – An advantage.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position, 5 days a week.
• On-site work at the company’s offices in Ramat Gan.
