QA Automation Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Be a part of a team that owns Locus-View test automation platform, extends its abilities constantly and maintains it.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and test automation engineers to answer test automation needs.
• Analyze the existing processes in R&D and create the proper automation infrastructure to constantly improve test automation abilities
• Build tools in order to extend monitoring and tracking capabilities for test automation runs, using both commercial (such as Loziom Allure) and home-grown tools.
• Maintain existing infrastructure & test cases by developing proper automation infrastructures
• Perform code reviews for test automation engineers code
• Document, analyze, and communicate results of automation testing runs.
• Take an active part in the CI process
• Take the initiative to learn and expand technical and professional skills
• Design and execute automated functional and regression testing plans and scripts for software products

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Automation infrastructure development in cloud environment
• 2+ years experience in writing automation tests.
• 2+ years of experience in Automation using Selenium with Python/ Java/ c#/ node.js / Java script/Type script or equivalent UI automation framework
• Familiarity with AWS.
• experience with Puppeteer - Advantage
• Familiarity with developing both frontend and backend testing (UI and APIs)
• Experienced with the latest UI automation frameworks(Protractor, Puppeteer, Cypress.io, etc')
• Experienced with HTTP technologies (REST APIs, JSONs etc.)
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and processes, with focus on Jenkins.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as PostMan
• Experience with test driven development (TDD)
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, etc...)
• Understanding of agile software development life cycle and tools
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bonus:

• Experience with mobile application automation frameworks
• Experience with Puppeteer specifically.
• Familiarity with logzio/ Allure and also X-ray API
