What You’ll Do:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all customer and debtor accounts are up to date.
Take ownership, Compile and submit key monthly reports—VAT, tax filings, and 102 submissions—keeping us in top financial shape.
Run payroll for our growing team of 90 employees with precision and care.
Assist with budget planning, financial forecasts, and deliver insights that help drive business decisions.
Reconcile our bank accounts and credit card activities, making sure every transaction is accounted for.
Collaborate across departments to provide crucial financial support and insights.

Requirements:

Proficient in maintaining precise financial records, tracking invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper (mandatory).
Certified Payroll Accountant.
Certified Bookkeeper (minimum Level 3) (mandatory).
Experience with Priority and Michpal.
Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities and teamwork.
Well-organized with high attention to detail.
Strong Excel skills.
Service-oriented, efficient, self-driven, and a strong team player.
