The Fourth Quarter is Seeking The Next Fundraising Manager

The Fundraising Manager will play a key role in driving the organization’s fundraising strategy, managing donor relations, and expanding the donor network. This role is focused on executing and enhancing fundraising initiatives, ensuring strong donor engagement, and supporting organizational growth through strategic partnerships. The Fundraising Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals, with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of donors, ensuring personalized and impactful engagement.
• Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the donor base.
• Prepare and present proposals and progress reports to senior stakeholders.
• Plan and execute donor events that foster stronger relationships and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement donor communications strategies.
• Track and report on fundraising performance to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage donor portfolios and build relationships.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Native-level English and Hebrew (mandatory).
• Advantage: Israeli-American background and experience in philanthropy.
