A fast-growing company in the life sciences sector is looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale its production, supply chain, and procurement activities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all operational functions: production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain
• Co-develop and execute the establishment of a new manufacturing platform to support commercial growth
• Design and implement streamlined processes for operational efficiency and scalability
• Manage budgets and drive cost-effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Partner cross-functionally to support innovation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of operational experience in biotech/medical devices industries, including managerial experience
• Experience in scale-up and establishing production infrastructure
• Experienced working according to regulatory and QA requirements
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ERP systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
