Showroom Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of a new international automotive brand in Israel. This is a key role on the brand’s founding team — a rare opportunity to shape, lead, and drive an innovative customer experience from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and management of the brand’s flagship showroom
• Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales and service teams
• Drive sales performance in a competitive market, motivating your team to exceed targets
• Deliver an exceptional, forward-thinking customer experience, meeting satisfaction goals
• Develop local business partnerships to attract new customers and generate new sales opportunities
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives that support brand growth and evolution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders: service, operations, marketing, finance, logistics, sales, and product

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience – a must
• Background in car sales (new & trade-in) – strong advantage
• Automotive industry experience – a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – required
• Academic degree – advantage
• High-level English – required
