Senior Product Manager – Naval Systems

A leading defense company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Naval Systems domain.

This role includes full responsibility for defining the company’s naval products, building the product roadmap, and working closely with defense customers and development teams – from concept to operational deployment.

:Key Responsibilities

Lead the definition of the company’s naval product lines

Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with operational, technological, and market needs

Conduct market and competitor analysis, including in-depth understanding of comparable global solutions

Define product requirements in collaboration with defense customers in Israel and abroad

Work cross-functionally with development, engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams

Translate operational needs into detailed requirement documents (PRD/MRD)

Present product concepts and technological vision to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Oversee product development processes, testing, integration, and delivery

Minimum Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in the defense and/or naval systems domain – mandatory

Proven experience working with multidisciplinary systems

Hands-on experience with defense customers, including understanding of operational requirements and participation in technical discussions

Experience in building product roadmaps and authoring requirement documents (PRD/MRD)

Deep familiarity with naval systems such as: navigation systems, command and control, naval communications, self-defense systems, sensors

Fluency in Hebrew and English 

Advantages

Relevant military background – e.g., Israeli Navy

• Engineering degree – advantage

Experience working with international customers
