Back End Developer

A cybersecurity startup providing end-to-end protection for IoT systems, with a platform that delivers security solutions specifically tailored for the IoT domain.

The company specializes in bridging the gap between enterprise networks and cellular infrastructure.

Their clients are B2B — primarily large enterprises operating private cellular networks. The company’s solutions enable network security managers to group and manage IoT device access according to enterprise network policies, integrate existing security tools into private cellular networks, and extend capabilities through seamless integration with the organization's authorization and authentication systems.

The company has 35 employees, with about half in R&D. They’re based in Tel Aviv, close to a train line and the light rail, with one work-from-home day per week. To date, they've raised $15 million in funding.

About the role-

Join a team of 4 developers, working with Go, Kubernetes, AWS, REST APIs, and performing extensive DB work with Neo4j, PostgreSQL, Redis. The stack is Cloud Native, and also includes Kafka, Linux, and InfluxDB.

There’s a lot of greenfield development — a great opportunity to build things from scratch!

Requirements-

• 3 years' experience developing backend systems – Must
• Knowledge, experience and proficiency with Go – Must
• Broad knowledge of the container ecosystem and orchestration tools, including Docker, Kubernetes - Advantage
• Experience with AWS cloud services – Advantage
• Experience with REST API, gRPC, message brokers (such as Kafka), streams and server-side APIs integration – Advantage
• Experience in cyber security, Linux & Networking – Advantage
