Instructional Designer

• Design, develop, and produce instructional materials: Including training videos, presentations, e-learning modules, and animations.
• Analyze and streamline organizational and training processes: Deep understanding of organizational processes and professional training.
• Lead projects and implement innovative learning solutions: Ability to lead projects and integrate advanced learning solutions.
• Diagnose and map knowledge gaps: Identify knowledge gaps within the organization and create appropriate solutions.

• Experience in both technological and traditional instructional design: A diverse and creative portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency with technological tools: Such as Storyline, Camtasia, Rise.
• Design skills and background in graphic software.
• Experience with LMS course implementation.
• High learning curve and independence: Ability to learn and develop quickly while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing information systems: An advantage.

• Full-time position at our offices in Netanya.
