Radio Frequency Engineer

A high-tech Medical Device company that has developed an RF-based sensor for real-time heart failure diagnostics.

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first RF expert in the organization. The role includes RF system design and analysis, raw RF signal and data analysis, and providing technical support for RF-related issues in the production line.

The company is located in the Sharon area and offers shuttle service from the Netanya train station. A hybrid work model is available, with one to two days of work from home.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and analyze RF systems operating (GHz range.)

• Test and analyze (hands-on) RF signal performance to optimize system functionality.

• Utilize MATLAB and scripting techniques to analyze RF raw data and signals.

• Develop RF electronic designs for current and future product versions.

• Develop RF-related testing procedure for final product manufacturing.

• Manage and execute the hardware design development process.

• Provide technical support for RF-related problems in the manufacturing line.

• Advantage: board design, layout, and testing.

Education/Skills Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. MSc. - advantage

• 8 years of proven experience in RF system design and analysis

• Hands-on expertise with RF analysis tools and methodologies.

• Strong background in debugging and performance analysis.

• Proficiency in MATLAB and scripting for RF data analysis.

• Experience in RF electronic design, including hardware development.

• Experience in troubleshooting RF issues in production.

• Experience in PCB/board design, including layout considerations for RF circuits.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
