Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our growing team at a leading online financial company in Herzliya Pituach. In this role, you will manage a talented team of 3 developers and 1 QA specialist while contributing to our technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers and 1 QA specialist
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Work with both modern technologies and legacy code
• Ensure code quality and best practices implementation
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Team Lead or similar leadership role
• Strong proficiency with Node.js (mandatory)
• Experience with React (advantage)
• Working knowledge of C# (critical - must be comfortable working with legacy C# code)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Nice to Have:Experience with Angular (can substitute for React experience)
• Knowledge of financial technology systems
• Familiarity with modern software development practices

Work Environment:

• Sunday to Thursday work week
• On-site at our Herzliya Pituach office (4 days per week)
• Remote work option (1 day per week)
