UX UI Product Designer (Maternity Leave Cover)

We're seeking a talented solo product designer to join our Product team and take a key role in shaping user experiences and interfaces for our partners. This includes defining workflows, tasks, and navigation structures while ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and visually cohesive experience across all our products and offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• UX Strategy Ownership-Define and execute a user experience strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
• Lead Application Design-Create user-friendly and visually stunning interfaces for complex web applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Design Documentation- Produce clear and comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
• User Research-Direct and frequent interaction with stakeholders (interviews, observations) to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.

REQUIREMENTS

• +3 years of experience as a UI / UX product designer in B2B/SAAS/WEB
• Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights
• Experience in incorporating feedback into the design process
• Figma expert with experience in design systems—an advantage!
• A strong attention to details
• Multitask with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Open to feedback and collaborative discussions
• Advantage: Familiarity with the Ad-tech / Video / Content industry
