• Preparation and dispatch of flights to domestic and international destinations

• Operating advanced operational systems

• Flight planning, weather checks, pilot briefings

Requirements:

• Full-time shift work (5 shifts/week, including weekends and holidays)

• Excellent command of English – reading, writing, speaking

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems

• High responsibility, multitasking, and performance under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal skills and systemic thinking

• Commitment to a ~1.5 year training process
