We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join a large organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing both functional and technical specifications, identifying business needs, and working closely with internal teams, development, and testing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Write functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365.
• Dive into details and identify business requirements.
• Work regularly with internal stakeholders, development, and testing teams.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience writing specifications for Dynamics 365
• Experience writing complex specifications in a multi-process environment
• Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementation
• Relevant academic degree or Systems Analysis course
