Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an Experienced System Validation Manager to lead a global validation group of 10 professionals responsible for end-to-end (E2E) hardware-software validation. This role is at the core of Netafim Digital Farming, where we are revolutionizing agriculture with cutting-edge technologies that empower farmers to achieve sustainability, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Manage and mentor a global validation group of 10 team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
• Define team goals, priorities, and processes to align with company objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product management, and customer support.

Validation Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive E2E HW-SW validation plans and methodologies.
• Oversee functional, integration, performance, and regression testing for hardware and software systems.
• Identify and resolve validation risks, ensuring thorough and efficient testing processes.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to track validation performance and drive improvements.
• Promote validation efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure traceable, detailed test plans, test cases, and validation reports.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proven expertise in E2E HW-SW system validation.
• Experience with hardware (e.g., IoT, embedded systems) and software validation.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and system integration testing.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years managing validation teams.
