The Role

As an Infrastructure & GPU Engineer, you'll have significant influence on our technical direction and product decisions. You'll be one of the first engineering hires, helping to establish our technical foundation and engineering culture.

What you'll do

• Optimize GPU utilization and ML compute infrastructure
• Develop and maintain multi-node training systems with PyTorch
• Build efficient model inference pipelines
• Implement high-performance solutions in Rust, Golang, and Python
• Design CUDA optimizations for ML workloads
• Build scalable, production-ready API infrastructure with gRPC
• Design and deploy virtualization solutions for ML systems and agent environments
• Collaborate with AI researchers to bring novel technologies to life
• Shape technical strategy and architecture from the ground up

Requirements

• Experience with CUDA programming and GPU optimization •
• Strong systems programming in Rust and Golang
• PyTorch expertise for distributed training and inference •
• Python proficiency for ML infrastructure •
• Experience with multinode training systems •
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure
