A leading global company is searching for a QA Program manager to manage development QA engineers and work closely with the R&D.

Major Responsibilities:

Ensuring QA is an integral part of the development process

Developing and maintaining the “Quality Plan”, that fits the overall Program Plan

Define processes and KPIS, monitor progress and initiate activities to correct and improve.

Enhance QA employee’s mentorship, training, and technical expertise.

Work closely with R&D engineers as well as Product Management and Delivery departments.

Track and implement adherence to standards and overall compliance

Lead in internal and external audit and records.

BSc in engineering/Quality and Reliability - a must

At least 5 years of experience in leading a QA field in a company - a must

Experience with multidisciplinary product - a must

Proven experience in an Agile Scrum environment and software development methodology - a must

Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to lead successfully across organizational lines - a must.

Risk based approach analytical skills - a must
