Information Systems Trainer and Implementer

A central government office is seeking a skilled and motivated Information Systems Trainer and Implementer to join its leading professional team.

Job Description:

The role involves leading and executing training and implementation processes for end-users, including onboarding for new systems as well as refreshing existing platforms.

The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers, development teams, and operational staff.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT systems training and implementation
• Strong instructional design and training delivery skills
• Experience in user support following go-live phases
• Practical experience in the public or municipal sector – an advantage
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or completion of a certified IT systems course (minimum 150 hours)
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
