Business Operations and Development Manager

Smartomica is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations and Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize business operations and processes to ensure smooth and efficient organizational performance.
• Lead the creation and management of budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Oversee business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, providing insights to drive growth and market penetration.
• Manage and improve key business metrics to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, development, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in managing business processes, presentations, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve business operations.
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for work as necessary.
• Fluency in English.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Required).
• A Master's degree or further business qualifications are a plus.

Optional but Preferred:

• Experience with healthcare products or IT products is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is advantageous.
