Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician at iStore located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple products, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of all devices.

Qualifications

• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with repairing and maintaining Apple products
• Knowledge of iOS and macOS systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
