Billing Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsible for characterizing and defining processes in the company's billing system,

including analyzing business requirements, writing detailed characterization documents, working with development teams, QA, and project managers, as well as supporting system upgrades and improvements.

Job Requirements:

3 years or more experience in characterizing information systems, with an emphasis on billing systems - a significant advantage.

Business understanding and experience in analyzing financial processes, charges, and collections.

Strong ability to write high-quality Functional and Technical Specification Documents.

Experience working with databases (ORACLE) -

Knowledge of integration processes between systems - an advantage.

Experience working with development teams, QA, and project managers.

Ability to work independently, pay attention to details, and have high analytical thinking.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Other technological field - an advantage.

Experience from telecommunications / finance companies - a significant advantage.
