The Opportunity

As CTO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for designing and building our core platform from scratch. You’ll work alongside experienced founders to transform complex real estate workflows into intuitive, data-driven digital experiences. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-impact product in a traditional industry that’s ripe for disruption.

Your Role

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of the platform MVP
• Define and implement the tech stack, cloud infrastructure, and dev processes
• Translate industry requirements into scalable product features
• Integrate with third-party systems, data providers, and compliance layers
• Recruit and manage a dev team as we scale
• Collaborate on product, strategy, and fundraising efforts

What We’re Looking For Tech Expertise

• 5+ years in web and mobile product development
• Full-stack experience and strong architectural skills
• Proven ability to build complex systems from the ground up
• Familiarity with data security, privacy, and compliance practices
• Bonus: experience in building marketplaces, B2B platforms, or real estate tech

Leadership & Execution

• Experience leading teams and managing tech projects end-to-end
• Fluent in Agile methodologies
• Business-savvy: able to align tech with user needs and company goals
• Hands-on, curious, and solutions-oriented
