With three centers in Tel Aviv, the Negev, and soon in Jerusalem, we provide immediate shelter, emotional support, professional guidance, education, and life skills training – all to help our youth break the cycle of distress and build a better future.

Job Description: The Director of Resource Development & Fundraising will be responsible for developing and leading the organization’s fundraising strategy to ensure financial sustainability and expand support for Beit HaShanti’s activities.

The role includes:

• Developing and executing Beit HaShanti’s fundraising strategy, including annual and multi-year fundraising plans.

• Establishing partnerships with private donors, philanthropic foundations, businesses, and public institutions.

• Managing donor relations – recruiting new donors, maintaining existing partnerships, providing updates, and leading fundraising and appreciation events.

• Writing and submitting grant proposals to philanthropic foundations and relevant organizations in Hebrew and English.

• Monitoring the use of donations and providing reports to donors and foundations.

• Creating marketing materials, including presentations, reports, videos, and digital fundraising campaigns.

• Identifying government funding opportunities, tracking relevant calls for proposals, and submitting applications.

• Developing collaborations with leading businesses for donations, sponsorships, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in development and fundraising management in non-profits.

• Strong writing and marketing skills, including grant writing and donor reporting.

• Negotiation and partnership-building skills with businesses and philanthropic entities.

• Experience in initiating and managing public-facing digital and marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with the at-risk youth sector and non-profit organizations – an advantage.

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (writing, speaking, and editing).

• Relevant academic degree – an advantage.

Location: Beit HaShanti offices in Tel Aviv, with flexibility for remote work and travel as needed. Reports to: CEO of Beit HaShanti.
