Join a top-tier organization and become a driving force in accelerating Delivery Excellence across the Technology Division.
As a Process Manager, you'll be part of a core group leading organizational change, focusing on performance, productivity, and scaling agile methodologies (Scaled Agile frameworks).
You’ll work closely with teams to boost delivery speed, embed advanced tools and technologies, and create efficient, smart processes.
🔹 Drive continuous improvement of tech processes through automation, tool implementation, and innovative infrastructure (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI, etc.)
🔹 Identify bottlenecks, blockers, and bureaucracy – and work with key stakeholders to break through them
🔹 Support teams in achieving goals, increasing productivity, and optimizing delivery pipelines
🔹 Lead the adoption of agile work models and management routines to support decision-making, monitoring, and data-driven improvement using dashboards and KPIs
What we're looking for:
✅ BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management – major in Information Systems is a big plus
✅ Strong tech orientation and experience implementing processes in agile tech environments
✅ Assertiveness, influence, and leadership skills
✅ Systemic and process-oriented thinking
✅ Excellent interpersonal communication
✅ Fast learner, highly responsible, organized, and independent
