Technical Support Engineer

The company employs around 100 people worldwide and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week, located within walking distance of a train station.

About the role:

• Report directly to the VP of Solutions, based in the U.S.
• Act as a One Man Show in Israel, with strong potential for future growth
• Provide high-level global support to international clients (Tier 3/4)
• Work with testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and more
• Handle complex troubleshooting and improve internal tools
• Manage and maintain code samples for client use
• Work is based on Israel time zone

Requirements-

Superb communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics simply

Experience building and managing a team of support engineers

Understanding of how to build efficient internal processes for communication with Sales, Product and Engineering teams

Knowledge of web and mobile functional testing frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and Espresso

Familiarity with mobile testing and development frameworks

General networking knowledge (proxy settings, certificates, encryption)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and setup (YAML)

Experience with web and/or mobile accessibility would be amazing but not required
