Solutions Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Materials Science & Data Analysis fields, fluent English, and excellent communication skills. She/he will work closely with our sales, marketing, customer success, and development teams, and will also play a crucial role with existing customers and other stakeholders. This high-impact position will require you to demonstrate your skills with both business and technological challenges, as well as contribute to the company’s overall expansion and growth.

• Analyze, manipulate, and design data schemes for Materials Science data sets
• Lead technological aspects of the sales cycle: discovery calls, platform demo, and pilots
• Communicate with potential and existing customers
• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Product and domain use cases content writing
• Coordinate projects, draft and submit grants and research proposals

• B.Sc. in Materials Science/Chemistry/Engineering
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• 3+ years of work experience in R&D related to materials development
• Strong understanding of the Materials industry and work processes
• Proficient in Excel
• Fast learner
• A “can-do” attitude
• High attention to detail, organized, and possesses a methodological approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• M.Sc. in Materials Science/Chemistry or related field
• Understanding of the basic concepts in Gen-AI and ML tools
• Knowledge of SQL
• Programming and/or Data Science experience
• CRM systems work experience
