At a leading real estate and development company based in Petah Tikva, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Economist to join our team.
This is a dynamic position at the heart of our financial operations, supporting real estate projects across their full lifecycle — from early planning to execution — with a strong emphasis on budget control and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing economic and financial support for real estate development projects
- Monitor and control project budgets within the organization
- Ensure alignment with approved budgets and manage day-to-day tracking via the Priority ERP system
- Lead budget review cycles and collaborate with various departments to analyze financial performance
- Prepare key financial reports including Feasibility Reports (D1), Initial Reports (D0), and reports in accordance with Israeli Standard 21
- Plan, budget, and manage project cash flows using Priority
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field – mandatory
- Proven experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – mandatory
- Previous experience in real estate appraisal firms – significant advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication
