A dynamic, global company, operating in over 25 countries, is seeking an FP&A Analyst,
to serve as a trusted finance business partner, driving financial performance, collaborating with senior management, and delivering insightful analysis in a fast-paced environment!
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the finance business partner and advisor to business units
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Build and optimize financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Lead ad-hoc analysis and process improvements to drive efficiency
Qualifications:
• B.A. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience in a global environment
• Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Analplan, NetSuite, Priority - an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across all organizational levels
