About the role:

The role involves working closely with clients, gardeners, and Tomgrow’s plant systems, and demands strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of plant care.

Responsibilities:

1) Operational Involvement:

Actively participate in dynamic operational processes – monitoring new projects, supporting existing client installations, and adapting to changing needs in the field.

2) Client and Gardener Engagement:

Build strong working relationships with gardeners and clients, including regular on-site visits.

3) Initiative and Execution:

Take ownership of varied company tasks, including inventory management, operational processes, and solving unique challenges in the field.

4) Personal and Professional Growth:

Be part of innovative projects and contribute to the growth and vision of the company.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial, flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Technological proficiency – experience working with CRM systems and operational tracking apps.
