Role Overview

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the day-to-day operations and overall success of the organization. This position requires a dynamic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing diverse functions, including operations, legal, business development, and financial management. You will be instrumental in aligning the team towards strategic goals while driving the expansion of our business and maintaining operational

excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal performance across all departments.

Establish and maintain systems, processes, and policies to drive efficiency and scalability.

Act as a liaison between remote and in-office teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Legal and Compliance

Manage all legal matters, including contract negotiation, regulatory

compliance, and risk management.

Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.

Business Development

Lead efforts to expand our flagship product, RPC Pools, across new dApps, wallets, and blockchain networks.

Build and nurture relationships with partners and clients to drive sales and partnerships.

Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the web3 ecosystem.

Financial Leadership

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.

Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to secure funding and manage investor

relations.

Leadership and Team Development

Inspire, mentor, and guide a high-performing team to achieve their full

potential.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Work closely with the leadership team to align on company vision and

strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a startup or tech

environment.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.

Demonstrated expertise in operations, legal, business development, and

financial management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing

priorities.

Experience in managing remote and in-office teams is a plus.
