About Us
At FIZE Medical, we’re transforming how critical care teams monitor and manage fluid balance and hemodynamic stability. Our real-time fluid management system is already in use in top ICUs across Israel and the US, but that’s just the beginning.
Our growing portfolio of predictive tools helps clinicians detect risks early and act with confidence.
We’re a tight-knit, fast-moving team that thrives on solving real-world problems. We care deeply about user-centered design, clinical impact, and building tools that just work — from the moment they’re plugged in, through to EMR connectivity and predictive decision support.
If you want to help shape the next generation of critical care and work closely with both engineers and end users, we’d love to meet you.
✨About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting product implementation, user research, and connectivity-focused development efforts. You’ll spend around 30% of your time on-site at clinical sites around the world — working with hospital teams to train users, provide technical support, and gather insights on how our devices integrate with EMR systems. You’ll also help maintain instructional materials and serve as a key bridge between the field and our internal product, engineering, and regulatory teams.
🎯Key Responsibilities
- Travel regularly (~30%) to clinical sites globally to support product deployment and gather feedback
- Provide on-site technical support during implementation and troubleshooting
- Train clinical, IT, and biomedical engineering teams on product usage and best practices
- Conduct structured user research to inform product design, particularly around EMR and network integration
- Maintain and update user-facing documentation, including Instructions for Use (IFU), Quick Guides, and training materials
🙋♀️Who You Are
- You’re excited about building tools that make a real difference in critical care settings
- You’re tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable digging into complex hospital workflows
- You’re a strong communicator – able to speak with both nurses and network admins
- You care about getting the details right, and you follow through
- You work well across departments and can bring together diverse stakeholders to move projects forward
✅ What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Product, Clinical Applications, or Healthcare Technology roles
- Experience working with or around hospital networks, device integrations, EMR systems — or complex networked systems in general
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to hospital sites across the world (30% travel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
🌟Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards
- Biomedical engineering background
- Experience in network communications
