Bookkeeper Team Lead

Keshet Group is seeking a Bookkeeper Team Lead with extensive experience in managing a comprehensive and complex accounting system. This role includes full responsibility for the company’s bookkeeping operations, overseeing monthly and annual reports, managing relationships with suppliers, banks, and tax authorities, leading the accounting team, and monitoring budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Full management of the company’s bookkeeping system
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, in accordance with CPA and company guidelines
• Supervision and control over financial processes, books, and financial statements
• Implementation of new systems and workflows to support company needs
• Managing and professionally guiding the bookkeeping team, providing solutions to technical and accounting challenges
• Overseeing cash flow management
• Managing external interfaces with tax authorities, VAT, suppliers, and banks
• Preparing working papers and recording provisions for quarterly and annual financial reports
• Providing financial support and consultation to other departments
• Improving and optimizing financial processes in alignment with organizational needs

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 – mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Bookkeeper in a large organization – mandatory
• Proven managerial experience leading teams – mandatory
• Full proficiency in Priority ERP, including supporting modules (fixed assets, prepaid expenses) – mandatory
• Experience with additional financial software (e.g., Kol Natoon, Hashavim, etc.)
• High proficiency in Excel and ability to work with ERP systems
• Strong independent work ethic, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
• Responsibility, integrity, and ability to work under pressure
