Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong software development skills with proficiency in programming languages such as Python (must), C++, Java, or similar.
Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), debugging tools, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
Familiarity with design automation tools and methodologies.
Experience working with the Unix operating system.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to address complex technical challenges and communicate information effectively.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of fostering effective teamwork across global design and validation teams and managing diverse customer scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

Several years of experience in software development within the context of design automation tools.
Experience in facilitating team project execution.
Ability to technically mentor team members.
Experience with CAD front-end design and validation tools.
Experience in RTL design and Dynamic Verification (DV).

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
