Process Engineer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Process Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the performance, quality, and compliance of our process equipment—and you'll have the opportunity to directly influence improvements and innovations.

• Monitor and support the functionality of machinery and equipment, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Track process metrics and establish performance goals to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for process and equipment optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve and prevent recurring issues.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians.
• Collaborate on new product and process development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with process control systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in CAD, ERP systems, PDM, and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience as a Process Engineer is a plus
