Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, friendly, and motivated Analyst to join our team full-time.
As an Analyst at ThinkUser, you will play a critical role in analyzing user behavior on clients' websites and translating data into actionable strategies to enhance ROI and optimize conversion funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior on clients' websites using advanced analytics tools.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates based on data insights.
- Deliver insightful reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion funnels.
- Analyze traffic sources and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide data-driven UI & UX recommendations to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tracking solutions and ensure data accuracy.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Preferred
- Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with R or Python.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
