We are seeking a Customer Service and Shipping Logistics support member to join our team.

This role includes managing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations across all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Process and manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and maintaining updated records.
• Shipment Coordination: Organize domestic and international shipments, including tracking, documentation, and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Vendor & Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for shipment details, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Returns Processing: Manage product returns and track resolutions.
• System Updates: Maintain accurate records in logistics software, ensuring consistency and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Strong inventory management and control skills
• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain operations
• Ability to work well under pressure
