- Budget Management: Plan and manage the R&D budget effectively, balancing resource allocation to meet business needs.
- Experience: 10+ years in software development and engineering leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a senior leader in a SaaS company.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of cloud-based architecture, scalable systems, machine learning, and data science.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and scaling large engineering teams.
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on product development and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the field of distributed computing.
- Prior work in B2B SaaS platforms with high transaction volumes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
