Role Summary:

DevOps Team Lead, managing two team members (with growth expected), while also engaging in 50% hands-on work. The tech stack includes Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Git, Jenkins), Python, Terraform, and more.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes & Docker for container orchestration.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
• Experience automating IT processes such as user lifecycle management, IT asset management, and security compliance.
