Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts across a variety of technical and non-technical positions, including development, systems analysts, and implementation specialists. While recruitment will be your core responsibility, we are also looking for someone who is eager to support broader HR functions, such as employee wellbeing, event management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including developers, systems analysts, and implementation specialists.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company’s growing needs across multiple departments.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through various channels.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with company goals and job requirements.

Support HR processes, including employee welfare programs, organizing company events, and handling employee gifts and perks.

Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Contribute to the broader HR team with initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, including technical roles (development, systems analysis) and operational roles.

Strong understanding of HR processes and a willingness to contribute to employee welfare, events, and engagement.

Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
