Data Scientist

We’re a young and fast-growing B2C gaming company based in Tel Aviv, creating innovative and engaging player experiences. As we scale, we're looking for a Data Scientist to help us turn data into meaningful business impact

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and improve product performance
• Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing, applying principles of inference and probability to generate actionable insights 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Leverage Python and cloud platforms (GCP) to build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
• Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations and visualizations, supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (MSc – advantage)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models into production environments
• Strong SQL & Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Solid grounding in statistical modeling, inference, and probability theory
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) specifically VertexAI (advantage)
• Familiarity with Deep Learning and non-tabular data (NLP, GenAI) (advantage)
