Billing Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Billing Systems Analyst to join our team. The role includes defining and analyzing processes in the company's billing system, including gathering business requirements, writing detailed specification documents, working with development teams, QA, and project managers, as well as providing support for system upgrades and improvements.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, with a focus on billing systems – significant advantage.
• Strong business understanding and experience in analyzing financial processes, billing, and collections.
• Ability to write high-quality functional and technical specification documents.
• Experience working with databases (ORACLE) – required.
• Knowledge of system integration processes – advantage.
• Experience working with development teams, QA, and project managers.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or another technical field – advantage.
• Experience in telecommunications/finance companies – significant advantage.
