PPC Media Buyer + Email Marketing Specialist + CRO Expert

LEADERS, a global award-winning influencer marketing and digital growth agency, is looking for a performance-driven PPC Media Buyer + Email Marketing Specialist + CRO Expert to join our growing team!

We’re seeking a sharp, data-obsessed marketer who thrives on crafting high-converting campaigns, scaling ROAS, and turning insights into impact.

• PPC Media Buying:
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Analyze and adjust bids, targeting, creatives, and funnels to maximize performance.
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates.
• Email Marketing:
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
• Segment audiences, personalize messaging, and A/B test subject lines and flows.
• Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions to constantly refine strategy.
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization):
• Build and manage landing pages and funnels.
• Use analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to identify drop-off points and optimize user journey.
• A/B test layouts, copy, and CTAs to increase conversions.

• 3+ years of experience in PPC media buying, email marketing, and CRO.
• Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools and dashboards.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email platforms.
• Hands-on experience with landing page builders and CRO tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and performance-oriented.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
