Business Intelligence Developer

We're hiring a BI Developer for a leading healthcare organization!

Join our BI team in a large, complex, and purpose-driven organization, where you'll take full ownership of end-to-end BI processes.

This role includes developing data models and dashboards in Qlik Sense, working closely with various business units, translating business needs into technological solutions, and building data infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making.

What will you be doing?

🔹 Developing models and dashboards in Qlik Sense

🔹 Designing and maintaining ETL processes

🔹 Collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders

🔹 Identifying needs and leading innovative BI solutions

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience with Qlik Sense development

✔️ Ability to work independently, with a flexible and analytical mindset

✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✔️ Experience in a healthcare organization – an advantage

✔️ Familiarity with Priority ERP system – a significant advantage
