Research and Development Project Manager

Manage R&D projects related to the development of medical devices in the field of regenerative medicine, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

· Actively participate in the design, development, prototyping, and testing of the product under development

· Supervise and conduct hands-on laboratory work, including formulation development, material characterization, mechanical testing, and biological assessments to ensure product performance

· Supervise activities related to preclinical studies and analytical methods development.

· Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.

· Prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences

· Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and execution strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

· PhD in Bioengineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Biology or any other related field.

· Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharma or medical device development

· Strong knowledge of biomaterials, chemistry, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine applications.

· Extensive hands on laboratory and prototyping experience, including fabrication, processing, and in vitro testing of biomaterials and devices.

· Proven experience in pharmaceutical/medical device project management, understanding the design control process or IND/NDA process Proficiency in project management tools and software

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
