Planning Manager

Job description:

Managing and maintaining long and short-term supply, production and purchasing plans.

Responsible for: Updating year to year supply plan, purchasing demand methods, inventory management, Inventory accuracy, inventory counts globally, production work orders method and implementation on multiple sites, warehouses and MRP parameters in Priority. Management of planning team

Key Responsibilities:

Professional:

·      Responsible for longs terms Supply plan

·      Responsible for long and short term and production plan

·      Monthly MRP

·      Monitor inventory levels according to company strategy and inventory management KPI

·      Manage Planner/ Planners including KPIs and objectives

·      ECR/ECO management on planning side including BOMS

·      Responsible for Material requirement planning to meet working plan.

·      Coordinate between all departments to meet supply plan on time.

·      Analyze & control reports of demand trends, inventory etc.

·      Issue inventory counts forms and communication with different departments for global counts

·      Improving planning processes and increasing efficiency

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experience; Required):

Required:

·      B.sc/BA in industrial engineering and management / economics /Business

·      Experience of minimum 4 years in planning positions.

·      Experience minimum of 2 years as Planning Manager in a manufacturing environment

·      2 years’ experience with Priority ERP system, including Work orders and MRP Excel – high level skill

·      2 years people managing experience minimum

·      Excellent communications skills
