We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator & Customer Relations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for sales support, enjoy working with customers, and are eager to develop your skills, this role is a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by managing orders, processing requests, and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth logistics.
• Support affiliate partners by providing necessary resources and tracking performance.
• Utilize CRM and e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) to manage customer interactions and order processing.
• Stay up to date on product offerings and market trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
• Native or highly proficient English speaker (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
