Sales Development Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Qualifying, researching, and reaching out to potential clients across multiple channels
• Advancing prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle with a proactive and thoughtful approach
• Collaborating daily with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to meet team goals
• Accurately managing lead records and activities in our CRM and Outreach platforms
• Prioritizing effectively and staying on top of a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• Native or bilingual English speaker
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Positive, self-motivated, and highly focused with a “get-it-done” mindset
• 1+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, sales development, or inside sales
• Familiarity with inbound practices, CRM systems, and sales engagement tools
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting quickly in a startup environment
• Availability to work U.S.-aligned hours (Sun–Thu, noon–late evening)
