We're looking for a Head of Product & Marketing to drive strategy, elevate our brand, and product market fit
🔍 What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will shape the product and marketing strategy at FIZE Medical, aligning clinical insight, customer feedback, and market dynamics into a coherent go-to-market plan. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive positioning, adoption, and long-term value.
Your core responsibilities will include:
🎯 Product & Marketing Strategy
- Lead the development of an integrated product and marketing roadmap, from clinical insight to commercial execution.
- Define target segments, product messaging, and positioning strategies based on deep market understanding and feedback.
🧩 Workflow, Service Design & Process Optimization
- Design and implement smooth, scalable workflows across commercial operations, clinical engagement, and support functions.
- Integrate customer support and service design into the product experience—ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions across the customer journey.
✨ Branding & Positioning
- Lead brand development across all channels—ensuring consistency, clarity, and competitive differentiation.
- Craft high-impact messaging tailored to ICU teams, hospital decision-makers, and commercial partners.
- Develop and execute webinars, educational content, and strategic communications that highlight FIZE’s value and innovation.
- Develop early market narratives and collaborate on field messaging with clinical and commercial teams.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategy for product refinement and messaging optimization.
✅ What You Bring:
- 7+ years in product management and/or marketing leadership roles in medtech, diagnostics, or digital health.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a passion for clinical innovation.
- Strong experience with upstream and downstream marketing, positioning, and messaging.
- Background in working with clinicians, running advisory boards, or driving adoption in hospitals.
- Fluent in English;
