A leading plastics factory in Caesarea
is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities
* Documentation and response to customer complaints.
* Communication with customers.
* Support in root cause investigation processes (RC / Failure analysis).
* Implementation and execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Participation in problem-solving and tasks within the plant's Quality Assurance department.
Qualifications
* Computer literacy.
* Advanced experience with Excel and Outlook.
* Experience in industry – an advantage
* Experience working with customers – an advantage.
Location: Caesarea
